🔄 Can I return my lip gloss?

Due to the nature of beauty products, we do not accept returns.  However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

📦 What if I receive a damaged product?

Oh no! If your gloss is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong shade, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

âť—Important Notes:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for exchange.

  • We do not accept exchanges for reasons of personal preference (e.g. “wrong shade for me”).

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless it’s a confirmed fault on our side.
