🔄 Can I return my lip gloss?
Due to the nature of beauty products, we do not accept returns.  However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
📦 What if I receive a damaged product?
Oh no! If your gloss is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong shade, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.Â

We do not accept exchanges for reasons of personal preference (e.g. “wrong shade for me”).
